If you want to gain a better understanding of Tango technique, l also offer a short course of four classes of body awareness apllied to Tango. I use selected Pilates style exercises, in an approachable way, to focus on parts of the body that we use for dancing but which cannot be exercised well in standing position.
The main objective of these four classes is Axis, Posture, Action and Reaction, connection between center-feet, Embrace.
